If you have paid excess taxes to the government, your tax refunds generally becomes due 6 months after your returns are filed. However if you haven’t received your tax refunds yet, we can find out and update you on the status of your tax refunds. We shall communicate with the tax authorities on your behalf and in most cases would ensure that your tax refunds are expediated |

| 1. Walk into the nearest Reach Tax branches |
| 2. Provide us with a copy of the ITR filed ( 6 months earlier ) |
| 3. We will check the status of your refunds |
| 4. You pay us the requisite fees ( 10% of the refund value in most cases ) |
| 5. We ensure your refunds are credited within 45 days |
