1. Call the nearest Reach Tax Office and request a pick up

2. When the Reach Executive visits you, sign the application form ( which the executive provides ) and submit the following

	c. Photo 1 No. ( Stamp size/Passport size )

3. Check your acknowledgement no. through our file status area.

4. Receive the PAN Card at your doorstep
